Baker and Associates wanted to sharpen their image while keeping the same values of their previous logo. The overlapping shapes represent the overlapping nature of intellectual property protection. Patents, copyrights and trademarks are often used to protect one product in overlapping ways. The Kaizen symbol was added to the back of their cards because of their company philosophy in continuous improvement of how they work, interact with clients and believe in the advancement of technology through intellectual property.
